MDoors offers Blue Shield medical, dental and vision coverage for employees. As well as 401K matching up to a 10% contribution.

Our most common frame stage consists of rabbeted pine exteriors, MDF stock interiors kerfed for drywall metal, and custom made steel stud configured pocket frames. You'll be expected to have a basic understanding of plumb, level, square and cross sighting.

Our goal is to maintain a competitive pay scale for our employees relative to the industry standard. Your wage is valued based upon carpentry experience, attitude, and reliability.

We use a wide range of doors, most commonly solid core 1-3/4" thick book doors that are scribed, planed, and hinge prepped on site specific to each opening.

Hardware stages involve hinge swaps, luxury locksets, mortise hardware, heavy duty barn doors, exterior aluminum weather stripping, and much more.

Our shelving installs range from standard single-double and 5 stack MDF boards to full height customizable melamine bays with toe kicks, doors, and drawers.

Most every door stage consists of some type of baseboard installation. Whether it be above rough flooring, on top of tile, under fry reglet or around bullnose corners. Tongue and groove ceilings, wall siding, crown and casing are also common.
